Asking for cover or a swap

Cover and swap requests are on the Plus and Pro plans. On Essentials, a leader edits the rota directly instead.

Tap your own spot on the rota:

• Ask someone to cover — open it to the whole (eligible) team, or ask one person. The first eligible person to accept takes your place.
• Request a swap — pick a person and which of their spots you'd take in exchange.

Responses arrive in the Requests inbox in the sidebar (the number shows how many need you). Accepting reassigns the rota automatically — it's done safely on the server, so you don't need edit rights. Raising a request works offline; accepting one needs a connection, since it moves the rota for everyone.
