Admins can set a new login password for anyone on the team.
Edit a member (tap their tile) and use Reset password — type a new password of at least 8 characters and tap Set. It changes their login straight away; tell them the new one, and they can change it themselves once they're in.
Only admins see this, and it's the server that makes the change, so it's safe.
