Questions

Is size the only thing that changes between tiers?
Team size is what moves you between tiers, but each one also adds a bit more: Plus adds swap & cover requests with alerts, availability tracking, vocal-part markup and the song-usage report; Pro adds unlimited team size, your church's own logo in the app, and priority support. Essentials has everything you need to run a service without any of that.
What if we go over the member limit?
You move up a tier, and you can change plan any time from the billing portal. Nothing stops working while you decide.
Do we pay for people who barely use it?
No. That's the point — the price depends on the size of your team, not on how many people log in that month.
What happens to our songs if we stop paying?
They stay yours. Your library is plain ChordPro text you can export whenever you like, and we don't lock your charts behind an active subscription.
